1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website https://www.hispanible.com and purchasing any of our educational services (packages or subscriptions), you (the “Student” or “Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. Eligibility Hispanible services are strictly intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If the student is a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must handle the registration and billing process. By checking the confirmation box at checkout, you verify that the student meets this age requirement.

1.3. Service Description Hispanible provides 1-on-1 live Spanish instruction via the Zoom platform. The service includes pedagogical materials and a personalized learning path.

1.4. Assessment and Teacher Assignment Enrollment requires a mandatory 25-minute initial assessment with the Academic Director. Hispanible reserves the exclusive right to assign or change the designated teacher to ensure pedagogical quality and staff availability.

1.5. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, and educational materials provided during sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Hispanible. Recording of sessions or distribution of materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

2.1. The 12-Hour Rule Students may reschedule or cancel any scheduled session through the student dashboard without penalty, provided they do so at least twelve (12) hours before the session start time.

2.2. Late Cancellations Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation,” and the session will be charged in full (or deducted from the package/subscription balance).

2.3. No-Show and Punctuality

2.3.1. Waiting Period: Teachers will wait for the student for a maximum of 15 minutes.

2.3.2. Late Arrival: If the student joins within the 15-minute window, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time.

2.3.3. No-Show: If the student fails to join within 15 minutes, the session is forfeited and charged in full.

2.4. Teacher Absence In the rare event that a teacher is unable to attend, the student will be notified immediately and will have the possibility to take the lesson with a substitute teacher or reschedule or cancel the lesson at no extra cost.

3. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

3.1. General No-Refund Policy All sales of class packages and subscriptions are final. Hispanible does not offer refunds for unused class credits, partially used packages, or remaining days in a subscription cycle once payment has been processed.

3.2. Satisfaction Guarantee. If the student is not satisfied with the quality of the service, a refund request must be submitted in writing to Support within 24 hours of the completion of the first session. Once this 24-hour window has passed, or after the second session has commenced, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

3.3. Subscription Cancellations Students may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard or PayPal to avoid future billings. However, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the month.

3.4. Special Circumstances & Exceptional Refunds Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Service Unavailability: If Hispanible is unable to provide a teacher or a replacement for a prolonged period (over 10 business days).
• Technical Errors: If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical glitch in the payment gateway.
• Teacher Absence: If a teacher misses a session, the credit will be restored to the student’s balance.

3.5. Package Expiration Class packages are valid for two (2) months. Failure to use the credits within this timeframe does not entitle the student to a refund.

4. PRIVACY & JURISDICTION

4.1. Data Privacy Hispanible processes payments through PayPal and does not store sensitive financial data. Personal information (Name, Email, Timezone) is used exclusively for service delivery and internal communication.

4.2. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
